Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
Together, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) provide the knowledge for effective programme management and reporting, including accountability and responsibility.
M&E uses sets of tools to assess projects, taking into account the project’s relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
