A verification scheme that fits your specific set-up

The Pure Licensee Verification Scheme is targeted at all licensees that are buying only finished and labelled Fairtrade products and are therefore out of scope of Fairtrade certification. Pure licensees registered under the pure licensee verification scheme will receive periodic audits to verify the license fee payments to their National Fairtrade Organisation. The audits will also check conformity with the following requirements from the Fairtrade Trader Standard:

  • Product approval
  • Product composition
  • Purchase from certified trader
  • Production chapter

As verified pure licensee you have access to FairMonitor to check on the certification status of your own supply chain and show that you are verified against the applicable requirements of the Fairtrade Trader Standard.
