EDGE Certification
FLOCERT is accredited by the EDGE Certified Foundation to certify companies against the EDGE (Equity, Diversity, and Gender Equality) Standard.
An interested company engages EDGE Strategy or an EDGE licensing partner to introduce and/or apply the EDGE Assessment Tool™ to the organisation. This assessment includes areas of analysis such as equal pay for equivalent work, recruitment and promotion, leadership development training and mentoring, flexible working and company culture.
During an EDGE Audit, a FLOCERT auditor will verify this self-assessment at the company’s premises.
